Twenty-Five Year Guarantee

This Guarantee covers the finish layer of the TrafficMASTER Dimensions™ Engineered Hardwood Flooring for 25 years from the date of purchase.

This guarantee is only valid if the flooring has been laid in accordance with instructions that accompany the product and if the planks have been installed in areas of domestic use. This guarantee will, under no conditions, be valid when installed in humid areas or areas that have drains, including bathrooms or outdoor facilities.

Equally, this guarantee excludes:

Indentations, scratches or damage caused by negligence, water, sand and abuse.
The natural discoloration of wood caused by sunlight or another light source.
Mildew or discoloration resulting from extreme subfloor moisture.
The difference between color samples and color of installed floors.
Visible defects (on the face of the flooring) must be noted by the installer and reporter before installation so that replacement flooring can be made before installation.

Equally, this Guarantee excludes and will not allow for payment of consequential or incidental damages. By this, Manufacturer means any loss, expense, inconvenience or damage other than to the wood floor itself that may result from a deficit in the hardwood flooring.
